Yes — orders placed before 1pm Tuesday through Saturday are delivered the same day within Paris.

Which areas do you deliver to?

Paris and the inner suburbs by our own couriers, and across France with overnight courier for select arrangements.

Is delivery complimentary?

Delivery is complimentary on orders over €80 in Paris. A €12 flat fee applies to smaller orders.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

Yes — at checkout you can choose a 2-hour window. For weddings we agree the timing in advance.

How long will my arrangement last?

Composed to last 5–7 days when kept away from direct sunlight, fruit and heat. A care card is included with every order.

Should I change the water?

Yes — refresh the water every two days and trim 1cm from the stems at an angle.

Do you use floral foam?

Never. We compose with reusable mechanics, glass vessels and natural twine.

How early should I book my wedding flowers?

We accept fewer than 30 weddings a year — six to twelve months in advance is ideal for peak season (May–September).

What is the minimum spend for weddings?

Our wedding minimum is €4,500. Editorial installations begin at €12,000.

Yes — initial 45-minute consultations at our atelier or by video are complimentary.

Can I return flowers?

Due to their perishable nature, flowers cannot be returned. If an arrangement arrives in less than perfect condition, we will replace or refund it.

What is your refund policy?

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph. We will respond within one working day with a replacement or a full refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — orders can be cancelled free of charge until 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
